Systemic Change
As we move through varied hardships like the COVID pandemic, the mental health epidemic, systemic discrimination, political polarization, and the existential climate crisis, now is the time to address how the systems in which we live can better support and address these issues. It's not enough to privatize our health care onto treating individuals, we must also bring interventions to change our systems and institutional cultures in which we abide. Marriage and Family Therapists are trained in Systemic Change and are uniquely positioned to address how greater systems affect mental health.
Professional Consultation
Nicholas offers individual consultation to support fellow mental health providers. Some of the offerings include how to:
- consultation for integrating somatic theories, interventions and modalities into clinical work.

- explore and utilize resources for professional development,

- and build and manage a private practice.
