Men's Process Group Starting in January 2026

Now recruiting to start in January 2026. This supportive men's process group will provide a safe space for exploring interpersonal relationships and personal growth challenges. Suitable for all Male-Identified people. Members will engage in open dialogue about their experiences with family, romantic partnerships, friendships, and workplace dynamics. The group emphasizes vulnerability and authentic sharing, allowing participants to discuss struggles with communication, emotional intimacy, conflict resolution, and personal barriers.
